📄 Terms & Conditions – Viral Nest Agency

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Viral Nest Agency ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By engaging with our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Viral Nest Agency provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design & Hosting
  
  

• Social Media and Advertising Services
  
  

All services will be outlined in a written proposal or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required for the execution of services.
  
  

• Maintain access to relevant accounts and platforms as required (e.g., Google Business Profile, Facebook, etc.).
  
  

• Respond to communications in a reasonable time frame to avoid service delays.
  
  

3. Billing & Payments

• Clients agree to the pricing and billing terms specified in the proposal or invoice.
  
  

• Payments are due on the agreed schedule (e.g., monthly, project-based).
  
  

• Late payments may incur a late fee or service pause.
  
  

4. Opt-Out / Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or opt out of ongoing services at any time by providing written notice (via email) at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.

• Upon cancellation, any work completed up to the notice date will be billed accordingly.
  
  

• If you received a free or discounted setup, early cancellation fees may apply (if specified in your original agreement).
  
  

• Opting out of individual services does not automatically cancel your full agreement unless stated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content created for the Client (e.g., websites, designs, ad copy) remains the property of Viral Nest Agency until the project is paid in full.
  
  

• After full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables unless otherwise stated.
  
  

6. Results Disclaimer

We make every effort to improve visibility and performance, but due to the nature of digital marketing, we do not guarantee specific results, such as exact lead counts, rankings, or revenue increases.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client data and business information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
